The Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo is the largest fish market in the world and is where 90 percent of the fish eaten in Tokyo passes. Auctions begin at 5:30 am and everything from sardines to caviar are sold to the buyer's from the city's restaurants and retail establishments. Maybe I can find someone else from our group who would be interested in getting up really early to explore the Fish Market with me. I really want to see a barracuda up close and personal...just not like Adam did last week in Key West!
