We just got back from Key West on a mini-vacation before leaving for Japan on Sunday. I had a chance to read up on some Japanese-themed books as I lounged by the pool. Adam was attacked by a "flying" barracuda while on a fishing trip which led him in the emergency room(true story that I even had a hard time believing). He has a dislocated shoulder and seems to be fine (minus an arm sling and soreness) and we'll be heading to Memphis tomorrow to see an orthopedic surgeon to find out for sure. Pray that all is well and surgery is not needed as it would be hard to leave him alone as I'm whisked off to Tokyo. I have so much to get done between now and then that I don't know where to even begin. I'll try to post more this week, but my focus will be on packing. My suitcase for Key West weighed 57 pounds and that was just beach clothes for a few days!! We are only allowed 1 suitcase for 3 weeks in Japan and it can't weigh more than 50 pounds!! Wish me luck!!
